Contracts
A contract is the life blood of a business and
without one you risk exposing yourself to unnecessary risk, damaging
claims, chasing payments and possible disputes over fees. If your
terms of business are written down in contract form it provides
clarity for both you and the client, it shows the client a
professional attitude and gives you peace of mind.
Life Coaching Agreement
This is an agreement for coaches who are self-employed and whose
clients are individuals. Written in a plain english informal
style.
Executive Coaching Contract
This agreement is for coaches who are either self-employed or
providing their services through a limited company. The client
can either be an individual or a limited company. Written in
a formal legal style.
Business Mentor and Coaching Contract
This contract is for a business coach who also gives advice through mentoring, this necessitates extra coverage in the contract for liaibilities. Written in formal legal style.
Coach Supervisor Agreement
This agreement is for a Coach Supervisor who is supervising either an individual coach or a group supervision of independent coaches.
Corporate Coaching Contract
This agreement is for companies or employers who sponsor coaching
for their employees.
Confidentiality Agreement
This is a stand alone confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
This can be used between, for example: a coach and client ;or
between a coach and their supervisor coach; or within a limited
company.
Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
This document details how the coach will conduct themselves
ethically and professionally.
