Business Coaching and Mentoring Agreement
 As a Business Mentor, it is important to have an agreement between you and the Client you are mentoring or coaching. This agreement assumes that both the Supervisor and the Coach being supervised are either self-employed or providing their services through their own limited company, i.e., they are not an employed Coach Supervisor or Coach.
The agreement has been drafted in consultation with a qualified Coach Supervisor and includes specific clauses which are relevant to the position.
The contract comes with a comprehensive guidance document which explains how the contract works and, also, how it can be adapted.
