Downloading Products

The documents are delivered by digital download so you can receive them immediately. After you have paid through Paypal, you will be re-directed to your client log-in. You will also receive an email from Coaching Contracts, with your user name and password, which you will need to access your document(s).

If you do not receive your document as a digital download, please contact info@coachingcontracts.co.uk and it will be sent to you via email.

Some of the documents are sent in a zipped file (file extension .zip). You should be able to unzip this by double clicking on it. If not, you will need to install software such as 'Winzip'.

If you have problems opening the compressed .zip file, it may have been renamed by CA Security Centre or another security suite or anti-virus software to have a ".efw" extension; typically applies to e-mail attachments or downloads scanned by Computer Associates (CA) antivirus software.

EFW zipped files may be opened by changing the file extension to ".zip" and opening the file with a decompression utility, such as WinZip or Stuffit Expander.
