Rebecca Seeley Harris

These contracts have been drafted by specialist contract lawyer, Rebecca Seeley Harris. Rebecca has an LLB (Hons) in Business Law, an LLM in International Commercial and Corporate Law with distinction and an MSc in Experimental Psychology from Sussex University.

Rebecca has been working as a freelance lawyer, through Seeley (Legal) Solutions, specialising in the drafting of industry specific contracts for nearly ten years. She has specialised in the recruitment sector and is an expert on the Employment Status Test, IR35 and other legal issues relating to employment agencies or businesses.

When drafting a contract or agreement, she pays particular attention to the industry practice. A contract can contain all the necessary legal requirements, but without the clauses representing what happens in reality, it misses the point.

Rebecca is also a coach and a volunteer Business Mentor with the Prince's Trust. Her particular interests are coaching in the contract process, and coaching business start-ups.
